Chengjia Ye (Jason) is a PhD student at the Donders Center for Cognition [DCC], part of the Donders Institute at Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. His supervisors are Prof. James McQueen and Dr. Hans Rutger Bosker. His research investigates how beat gestures affect speech perception, in particular testing such effects in more naturalistic listening conditions. This is part of the “HearingHands” project funded by the ERC [grant 101040276; PI: Hans Rutger Bosker] .
