This tutorial, co-taught with Joe Rodd, formed part of the curriculum of the IMPRS graduate school at the MPI Nijmegen in 2017. The aim of this 3-lecture tutorial was to introduce PhD students to coding in R.

You can find the zipped tutorial materials here. The three sessions cover such topics as reading in your own data, merging data from different files, creating figures using ggplot2, and a rudimentary introduction to some inferential stats using linear mixed models (lmer). The zip file also includes a take-home assignment.
